Our free plan allows you to create and manage scripts with standard features. Certain limitations on the number of active scripts, mirroring options, or data retention may apply to free accounts.

3.3 Payment

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan. All payments are handled via our third-party processor and are non-refundable except as required by law.

3.4 Subscription Changes and Cancellation

You may change or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Use of Services

4.1 License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business or professional media production purposes.

4.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or real-time sync workers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any studio rooms or script data not belonging to you
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
  • Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Online Prompter platform
  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

5. User Content and Script Data

Our Services allow you to create studios, scripts, and segments ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, and you are solely responsible for it.

By using our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and synchronize your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
  • Your User Content does not violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of any person
  • You will not use the prompter messaging or cue features to distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Online Prompter.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. DATA SYNCHRONIZATION DEPENDS ON INTERNET CONNECTIVITY OF ALL PARTICIPATING DEVICES.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONLINE PROMPTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING PLAYBACK FAILURES DURING LIVE BROADCASTS.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
